If this was a blog with any kind of particular focus, or, heaven forbid, a lifestyle blog, this post would be titled something along the lines of "~*A Day in the Life of Me*~" or "My Day in Photos". As it so happens, though, I'm not an obnoxious narcissist with an inflated sense of self (most of the time), so it is not.
This
post is simply an excuse to test out and display some shots I've taken today on my
brand spanking new Canon Powershot SX510 HS (thank you, Ashley, you rock
my world). I'm definitely not a camera whiz of any kind, but what with
this obscenely generous gift being lovingly bestowed onto me, I thought I'd better learn.
It's
a bloody good camera, but I'm still getting my head around it. I don't
think my efforts today were a bad start, though! Hopefully I'll find
some kind of direction with this blog soon... if not, I guess it can just be some sort of online photo album. We'll see...
